Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Cloud DevFest Bandung 2026 application and website organized by GDG Cloud Bandung ("we", "us"). By registering an account, purchasing a ticket, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

• You must provide information that is true, accurate, and up to date when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms or are misused.

• Tickets can be purchased using the available payment methods, including a payment gateway or manual transfer/QRIS.
• For manual payments, an order is valid only after the payment is verified by the organizer. Please transfer the exact unique amount shown.
• The e-ticket containing a QR code will be sent to your email after the payment is verified.
• One ticket is valid for one person, unless a ticket explicitly covers multiple attendees (pax).

• Purchased and verified tickets are final, unless otherwise determined by the organizer.
• Cancellation or refund requests are submitted through the official contact and will be considered in line with the organizer's policy and applicable regulations.
• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, we will inform you of the refund or rescheduling options.

• Attendees must check in by showing their ticket QR code at the event.
• A used ticket cannot be reused or transferred without the organizer's permission.

All attendees must comply with the event's Code of Conduct. We may remove an attendee from the event without a refund if they behave in a disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate way.

All materials, logos, and content in this application and website are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

You are responsible for the content you upload, including profile data and payment proof. You warrant that this content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable regulations.

Points, quests, and rewards are supplementary as part of the event experience. We may change or adjust the mechanics, requirements, and prizes without prior notice, and cancel points obtained improperly.

The service is provided "as is". We strive to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be shown on this page together with the date of the update.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
