Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DevFest Bandung 2026, its website and app, organized by GDG Cloud Bandung ("we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a ticket or using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them.

• Give true, accurate and up-to-date information when you register.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are misused.

• You can pay with the methods we offer, including a payment gateway and manual transfer or QRIS.
• A manual payment counts only after an organizer verifies it. Transfer the exact amount shown, which is unique to your order.
• We email your e-ticket, with its QR code, once your payment is verified.
• One ticket admits one person, unless the ticket says it covers more (pax).

• Verified tickets are final, unless the organizer decides otherwise.
• Send cancellation or refund requests to our official contact. We review each one under the organizer's policy and applicable law.
• If we cancel the event, we will tell you your refund or rescheduling options.

• Show your ticket QR code to check in at the event.
• A used ticket cannot be reused or transferred without the organizer's permission.

Everyone at the event must follow its Code of Conduct. We may remove anyone who behaves in a disruptive, harmful or inappropriate way, without a refund.

All materials, logos and content in the app and website are protected by intellectual property rights. Do not copy, change or distribute them without our written permission.

You are responsible for what you upload, including your profile and payment proof. You confirm that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.

Points, quests and rewards are an extra part of the event. We may change how they work, what they require and what you can win without notice, and cancel points earned unfairly.

We provide the services "as is". We work to keep them available and secure, but cannot promise they will be free of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that come from using them.

We may update these terms from time to time. We post the latest version on this page and update the date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
